We typically process applications within 2 business days.
Your application is valid for 3 months, and we will contact you as soon as we have a suitable apartment available for you. You can renew, modify, or cancel your application through the link provided in the email or by contacting customer service.
Please note that there may be multiple applicants for the same property, or we may not have an available apartment for you at the moment. Therefore, you may have to wait for our contact. We do not individually notify applicants who are not selected.
When making tenant selections:
- We do not process incomplete applications.
- The applicant must be of legal age.
- We verify the applicant’s credit information from the credit registry of Suomen Asiakastieto Oy.
- The applicant’s rental history must be clean; for example, rental debts or evictions from previous landlords may hinder the acquisition of an apartment from us.
- The applicant must have employment or study placement in Hyvinkää or have another social reason for needing housing.
