Hyvinkään Vuokra-asunnot Oy offers affordable and diverse rental apartments in Hyvinkää.  Hyvinkään Vuokra-asunnot Oy owns and administers more than 2000 rental apartments that are financed with state-subsidized loans. The company employs thirteen people. Apartments are available for all, also for students and senior citizens.

You can apply for an apartment by filling the application at our office or electronically on our website. The application is available only in Finnish. The application is valid for 3 months after submission. The tenant selection is made according to the ARA’s instructions. The need for the apartment is evaluated case by case. The priority is given for households in the biggest need as well as for those who have received a work or study place in Hyvinkää. Hyvinkään Vuokra-asunnot will also check the credit status of all applicants.

The tenancy selection approval is always notified in writing. A security deposit must be paid before signing the tenancy agreement, which usually corresponds to one month’s rent. Submit also information of your monthly income and the assessment, certificate and itemization of your latest pre-filled tax return form.

The first full month rent must be paid before the keys are handed out. The keys to the apartment will be handed on the first day of the tenancy.
